I called several locksmiths in a panic when my family was selling my dad's 1955 classic sports car and the ignition key went missing. They all said they couldn't help - except for Kobi at Pickbusters. He asked for the cylinder code and sent a picture showing where to find it, researched the blank (hard to find), sent us a link to a site that would send it ASAP. The blanks arrived in two days, he came to my house at 5pm; tried some advanced software which didn't work, then went old-school - removed the ignition cylinder, used a scope and found the proper cut from that!   Bought a used Fiat that only came with one key. Went to Putnam Fiat in Burlingame to get a backup key. Going into the 3rd month of waiting, they turned out to be completely incompetent ending with my canceling the order for the back up key and getting a refund on the prepaid key.
