We had an issue that required a locksmith and we reached out to three or four in the area and Kobi was BY FAR the most responsive and easiest to work with.   After my husband washed our only car key for our 2010 X5 the fob no longer worked. When ordering a replacement from eBay I thought it would be relatively easy to find an automotive locksmith who could program and cut the key, not so.
